Audrey k cook

West Sand Lake- Audrey K. Cook 70, of Rte. 43 died on Sunday January 6, 2013 at the Community Hospice at Samaritan Hospital after a long illness. Born in Berlin, NY Audrey was the daughter of the late LeRoy F. and Martha Beaton Thomas and wife if the late Clyde C. Cook who died on January 28, 1995. Audrey was a life long resident of the area having grown up in Berlin, residing for a number of years in Averill Park and in West Sand Lake foe the past 6 years. Audrey was a homemaker and attended the West Stephentown Baptist Church and was the youngest of thirteen children in her family. Survivors include her daughter Corrina – Constance Cook Slocum of West Sand Lake, her grandchildren Brittany (Vinnie) Damiano, Casey and Shea Slocum and her great grandchildren Jesse and Jaylynn Damiano. Audrey was also survived by several siblings and many friends.
Services were held privately for the family.
