Amanda J. Chamberlain

East Poestenkill- Amanda J. Chamberlain passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025. Born in Albany, Amanda was raised in East Poestenkill, was a graduate of the Averill Park High School and had resided in the area her whole life. Amanda had attended Votech for cosmetology, had worked at Davis Vision, the Van Rensselaer Manor and had been a customer service representative at Magellan Health Insurance in Albany.

Survivors include her father Shawn (Gwen) Chamberlain, her mother Laurie Pryor Fisher, her son Wade W. Chamberlain, brothers and sisters Shawn Chamberlain Jr., Christine Chamberlain, Michael Chamberlain, Emily Fontaine and Joshua Chamberlain.

A Graveside service will be held 11 am on Monday November 3, 2025 at the Woodside Cemetery Fifty-Six Road Poestenkill, NY.
