Averill Park- Anne M. Coonradt, 59, of Totem Lodge Road, Town of Nassau, died on Friday, November 30, 2018 at her residence after an extended illness. Born in Albany, Anne was the daughter of the late Everett and Rosemary O’Brien Hoffman and the beloved wife of the late Vernon “Sonny” Coonradt. Anne was a lifelong resident of the area and was a 1977 graduate of the Averill Park High School. Anne had a longtime career with New York State and had retired in 2017 from the Department of Education where she had been an Executive Assistant to the Commissioner. She was a loving and caring mother who raised 3 wonderful children. She was an incredible giver, always willing to help friends and family without hesitation. She was a great listener and confidant. She was a nature lover, enjoyed her canine friends and the times she spent with her granddaughter. Anne also enjoyed the area stock car races and was a crew chief for her nephew Kyle Hoffman.
Survivors include her devoted loving children Andrew (Kaitlyn) Coonradt of McKinney, TX; Christine (James)  LaMountain  and David Coonradt  both of Averill  Park, her brother Richard (Joann) Hoffman of Averill Park, her granddaughter Skylar LaMountain  along with her nephew Kyle (Rachael) Hoffman and several cousins.
Funeral 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 5 at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel 2691 NY 43 at Glass Lake Averill Park.
Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral chapel  4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4.
Interment St. Henry’s Cemetery
