West Sand Lake-Beulah (Saylor) Warger, 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at the home of her daughter Bonnie in West Sand Lake NY, after a lengthy illness.
A native of Paris KY, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Carlos Saylor and Axie Murtle Fay Walton Curran. Beulah moved to New York at the age of 19, joining her mother in North Troy. She raised four daughters, mainly in the Averill Park area until she moved to North Greenbush. Beulah spent many years working as a Data Processing Manager at REXCO Weekly newspaper in Albany. She had also been an order filler at Montgomery Wards been a clerk at the Counseling center at HVCC had done waitress and housecleaning and most recently been a clerk for ROUSE in North Greenbush. She enjoyed hobbies like ceramics, she sang and performed with the Sweet Adelines, she loved jigsaw puzzles but her true passion was her family. She spent most of her time caring for her children and grandchildren. She truly enjoyed her great-grandchildren
She is survived by four daughters, Debra Brown, Valerie (Jon) Oris, Bonnie (Tim) Daley and Billy Jo (Ken) Hilt, as well as nine grandchildren; Josh Brown, Rob (Hannah) Christian, Sean Christian, Jessica (Eoin) Carroll, Rachel (Stephen) Clemens, Hannah Daley, Ken (Courtney) Hilt, Tori (Mike) McCarron and 10 great grandchildren; two sisters Dorothy (Ernie) Robinson and Ruby Beheler. She was pre-deceased by her granddaughter Shannon Brown, three brothers, Leonard Saylor, Len Saylor and Bobby Saylor as well as three sisters, Ruth Vernon Saylor Tucker, Nora Mae Saylor and Barbara Tobin.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call 10-12 noon on Tuesday September 22, 2026 at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel 2691 NY 43 at Glass Lake Averill Park followed by a service at 12 noon and burial in the Bloomingrove Cemetery, Defreestville, NY
If desired the family suggest donations in memory of Beulah Warger may be made to the Community Hospice (Gift Processing) 310 S. Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208.
