Holly P. DaLessio

West Sand Lake- Holly P. DaLessio, 74, of Brookside Way, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Van Rensselaer Manor after a brief illness. Born and raised in Cohoes, Holly was the daughter of the late Joseph R. and Rosalie Dillon Garrett Jr. and wife of the late Neil J. DaLessio. Holly was graduate of Keveny Academy and had attended HVCC. She had worked at area doctor offices including the late Dr. Stephen Gowey in West Sand Lake. Holly had resided at Glass Lake for a number of years, moving to Florida in 2002 and returning to the area in 2010 after the death of Neil. She had resided on Geiser Road in North Greenbush, recently moving to Brookside Way. Holly was a life member and former Chief with the Sand Lake Ambulance and had recently been working at Home Goods in North Greenbush.

Holly was the mother of Kelly (Robert) Mohan of No. Greenbush, Alexandra DaLessio of Wynantskill and the late Victoria DaLessio, sister of Robert (Joyce) Garrett of Punta Gorda, FL. and grandmother of Travis Shea, Colby, Conor and Patrick Mohan and Corinne Butwell.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life 5-8 pm on Friday August 11, 2023 at the Averill Park Fire House, 35 Eastern Union Tpke. Averill Park, NY.

Holly will be interred with Neil at the Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
