Kirk F. Daniels

East Nassau- Kirk F. Daniels, 72, of Gardner Hill Road, died on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at St. Peters Hospital after a short illness. Born in Troy, Kirk was the son of the late Charles R. and Frieda M. Butcher Daniels and the husband of Helen Sniffen Daniels. Kirk was raised in the Hoags Corners area and was a graduate of the Averill Park High School and a member of the Church of the Covenant in Averill Park. Kirk was a Union Carpenter for many years working out of the Carpenters Union Local #370. He had served in the NY National Guard. For the past eight years Kirk had wintered in Plano Texas and was in the process of becoming a permanent resident. Kirk enjoyed remodeling his home and doing construction projects and traveling around on his motorcycle.
Kirk was the brother of the late Richard A. and Keith Daniels.
Survivors in addition to his wife include his daughter Jennifer Ann Bush (Eric Schmidt) of Brunswick, his brother Craig L. Daniels of Wynantskill, a granddaughter Alayna Bush along with several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life, 1-4 pm on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the Church of the Covenant United Methodist 3055 NY 43 Averill Park, NY.
