Lillian R. Warner

Averill Park- Lillian R. Warner 82, of Dunham Hollow Road passed away at her home on Thursday July 30, 2026 after a long illness. Born and raised in Rensselaer, Lillian was the daughter of the late Harold S. and Hattie Brazee Robertson and wife of Paul H. Warner Sr. Lillian had resided in Averill Park since 1968 and she had worked as a waitress for area restaurants including Kay’s Pizza and Engwer’s Coffee and Crème. Lil enjoyed spending winters in Florida, fishing, camping and being with her family.

Lillian was the grandmother of the late Matthew R. Benesch Jr.

Survivors in addition to her husband include her daughter Michele (Matt) Benesch of Averill Park, her sons Michael Truss III of Rensselaer and Steven (Heidi) Truss of Sneedville, TN , Michael Warner of Sand Lake along with several grandchildren and her great grandson Levi Benesch.

Services will be private for the family.
