Mark Teal

Poestenkill- Mark Teal, 55, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 17, 2025 at the Albany Medical Center Hospital with his family at his side. Born in Troy, Mark was the son of Arlie Teal and the late Sandra Teal and the beloved husband of Julia Teal.

Mark was a lifelong resident of the area and was a 1988 graduate of the Berlin High School. After High School Mark started a lifelong career in the construction and heavy equipment trade. He worked for Dan Holser in Averill Park for many years and for the past 21 years worked for Chip Kronau Construction in Poestenkill.

Mark was a very hard worker, loved playing golf with his son, taking trips on his motorcycle and enjoyed auto mechanics and car restorations.

Survivors in addition to his wife and father include his pride and joy, his son Lucas, his sister Brenda Jones (Thomas) of Stanfordville, NY and 2 nieces.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Graveside Service 11 am on Saturday November 22, 2025 at the Woodside Cemetery Fifty-Six Road East Poestenkill.
