Halfmoon- Michael J. Warner, 30, of Lape Road died suddenly at his residence on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Born in Troy, Michael was the son of Karen A. Fryer Warner of Rexford and Michael L. (the late Lori) Warner of East Greenbush. Michael grew up in Schodack and North Carolina where he graduated high school before moving back to the area. He had been a self-employed general contractor, but his true passion was fine woodworking. Survivors in addition to his parents include his significant other (love of his life) Kendra Skinner and his beloved daughter Lainey Star Warner both of Halfmoon, his sisters Dawnmarie (Mariah) Messineo of Nassau, Angelika Warner of No. Carolina, Emma Burnett of Rexford, and his brother Anthony Burnett of Rexford his grandfather Paul (Lillian) Warner of Averill Park. Also survived by his nephews Holdan, Cole, his niece Elicia all of No. Carolina, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael was the grandson of the late Donald and Alice Fryer of Averill Park and Joyce K. Warner of East Nassau.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call 4-7 pm on Monday, August 15, 2022 at St. Henry’s Church 39 Old Rte. 66 Averill Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:30 am on Tuesday, August 16 at St. Henry's Church 39 Old Rte. 66 Averill Park.
