Stephentown Center- Patrick W. Curtin, 89, of Rte. 43, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 6, 2025 at his residence. Born and raised in Troy, Pat was the son of the late Michael and Ethel Clayton Curtin and husband for 55 years to Joan M. Fiske Curtin.
Pat worked in construction with the laborers Union before working at the Pepsi Company for a number of years where he was in the maintenance department. He retired in 2001. After his retirement he found enjoyment as a bus aide for the Berlin School District. Pat also assisted in the operation of the family’s Fiske Sawmill and Lumberyard. Pat was a Veteran of the Air Force and served from 1954-1957. He was a member of the Veterans of Stephentown, an active and later a social member of the Stephentown Fire Company where he served as a Fire Police. He enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, horseback riding and NASCAR. Pat enjoyed visits from his sons and grandsons when he enjoyed having a Coors Light and a Cigar with the grandsons.
Survivors in addition to his wife include his sons William M. (late Barbara) Curtin of Warminster, PA and Michael J. Curtin of Delaware his sister Ann Price of Delaware, his grandchildren Christopher, William, Chelsea, Patrick and Michael and great grandchildren Arabella and Kylie.
Pat was the brother of the late Mary McCormick, Cecilia Snyder and Theresa.
Funeral Service 11 am Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel 2691 NY 43 at Glass Lake Averill Park.
Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the Funeral Chapel 9-10:45 on Saturday prior to the Service
