Rosemarie A. Cipperley

West Sand Lake- Rosemarie A. Cipperley, 69, of Parker Road passed away on her birthday November 19, 2025 at her home with her husband Michael at her side. Born in Albany, Rosemarie was the daughter of the late Harley and Rosemarie Nolan Hallenbeck.

Rosemarie grew up in Albany and North and South Carolina returning to Albany at age 16. She worked at many jobs including Burger King, McDonalds, Wendys, Price Chopper and Dunkin Donuts. Rosemarie moved to West Sand Lake in 2014. She was a member of the Melvin Roads American Legion Post in East Greenbush and she enjoyed Karaoke and singing.

Rosemarie was the sister of the late Linda Schultz Dominy, Deborah Wilsey, Richard and Ernest Hallenbeck.

Survivors in addition to her devoted husband Michael E. Cipperley include her son Edward Glass, her daughter Linda Hallenbeck, grandchildren Killian, Harley and Courtney Hallenbeck – Lyons, nieces Donna Sherwin, Cathy Dominy, Cindy Wilks, Suzzane Wilsey, Yvonne Kelly and April Weistly.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call 2-4 on Sunday, November 23 at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel 2691 NY 43 at Glass Lake, Averill Park.
