Berlin- Vincent E. Fowler, 60, of Dyken Pond Road, Petersburgh, NY, passed away at his home on Friday June 12, 2026 with family at his side, after a long illness. Born in Troy, Vince was the son of Mary O’Donnell Fowler of Grafton and the late Roy Fowler Sr. and husband of Maurine M. Jewett Fowler.
Vincent grew up in Grafton and was a 1985 graduate of the Berlin High School. Vince lived in East Nassau for a number of years before moving to Berlin 10 years ago. Prior to his retirement due to illness, Vince was a driver for many years at Troy Sand & Gravel in West Sand Lake.
Vincent was a member of the Northeast Challengers and enjoyed his 2011 Challenger and his Harley Davidson Trike. He was an avid hunter enjoyed many dogs over his lifetime, and found time to take trips to Kittery, Maine even if was for just a trip to get a Lobster Roll.
Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include his children Russell (Shauna) Fowler of Stephentown, Charles (Janet) Dunham of Albany and Taylor (Adam Glogowski) Dunham of Troy, brothers and sisters Roy (Phyllis) Fowler Jr. of Brunswick, Linda (Donald) Levesque of Clifton Park, Robert (Joanne) Fowler and Pauline (Tim) Etman both of Grafton, Robin MacVeigh of Glasgow, KY and Gloria Mooney of Washington State.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call 2-4:30 on Thursday June 18, 2026 at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel 2691 NY 43 at Glass Lake, Averill Park, NY followed by a Service at 4:30.
Vincent’s family requests donations in his memory may be made to the American Lung Association 418 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207.
